Mid Cornwall Divers (MCD) was established in 1976. Diving is our passion and based in the St Austell area of Cornwall, we have an ideal central location which enables us to dive both the north and south coasts.

Diving takes place every weekend "weather permitting" throughout the year. Evening and weekday dives are also undertaken in the summer months. With the benefit of owning 3 RIBS, any club member who wants to dive, is guaranteed to do so - conditions permitting - whether they want to go shallow or deep according to their qualification.

Wreck diving sits high on our activity list, but this is complimented by scenic reef and drop off dives. Our very experienced club members participate in a whole range of diving from basic ocean diving through to Tri-Mix and more challenging dives.

We enjoy a thriving membership and welcome new members and visiting divers to the club. We meet regularly at The White Pyramid, St Austell (membership of this club will be automatic when joining Mid Cornwall Divers) and hold our pool training sessions at The Polkyth Leisure Centre in St Austell.

If you are new to the sport and wish to learn, or already qualified and want to enjoy regular diving, then Mid Cornwall Divers is the club to join.
